成功的背后          生活就像五味瓶，酸甜苦辣都有。一但泼翻了五味瓶，酸甜苦辣各种调料一下子就泼了出来。 如果你费尽心思从众多混在一起的调料中取出一点白糖，这糖放在嘴里，就会觉得先是浓浓的苦，再是浓浓的甜，尝到了甜头，这就是成功。

    我的生活中也有这样的“苦”和“甜”。有一次，我尝到了这“先苦后甜”的滋味，感觉很快乐。

    这学期，我参加了我们学校的大队委竞选。竞选的要求是出一张海报，再准备演讲稿和才艺表演。我希望能成功，在小学的最后一年里当上大队委。

    曾经有过多少个日日夜夜，为了成功，我努力地准备着。到了晚上十一点，我们家的灯还亮着。在这几项准备工作中，做海报是最麻烦最困难的，为了它，我不知绞尽了多少脑汁。我的海报是用电脑做的，做好海报要用许多方法：扫描、 剪贴……有时候我弄久了，头脑就有点发昏，可是我还是坚持了下去。扫描机家里没有，就到妈妈办公室去扫描，还要准备演讲稿和才艺表演。有几天时间太晚了，妈妈看着我心疼，不让我准备大队委竞选，可我一一倔强地拒绝了。这让我尝到了深深的苦头。

    到了竞选的那天，由于我准备充分，竞选上了大队学习委。当听到了这个消息后，我十分高兴，认为在竞选之前尝到的苦是值得的。

    这里还有一个小故事：有两个人出门远行去，他们都想找到成功。
他们走了很远很远，后来来到一个地方，发现了一个小木屋，他们轻轻地敲响了门，他们都以为开门的是成功，结果，令他们失望的是，开门的是失败。于是其中一个人放弃了，不再寻找成功。可是另一个人还继续坚持敲门找成功，不知道经历了多少磨难，那个留下来坚持寻找成功的人的人终于找到了成功。 而那个放弃的人失败了。

   “宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”“彩虹出自风雨后。”“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？”是的，只要你去努力，去奋斗，成功就会光临你。所以，请不要埋怨事情有多困难，而是要先去努力，你就会尝到甜头。
